Grants administration For the Consumer and Prescriber Grant Program, the Special Committee has selected an Administrator through a competitive selection process leading to a contract for the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of that program. The Administrator takes direction from and reports to the Special Committee. Currently, the Administrator is Harry M. Snyder in San Francisco, California. The Oregon Department of Justice is directed by the Special Committee to contract with the Administrator and program grantees and to disburse funds pursuant to those contracts.
